We made it!

Well, it's done. We walked however many crazy miles we walked and we're in the middle of a roadtrip home. Just wanted to make it official on the blog to let everyone know - I'll be back later to post pictures of the 100-mile wilderness, more of summitting Katahdin (it was an amazing climb), and our minivan adventures as we sojourn home.

Man, driving is so much easier.

I'm thinking a little Halleluia chorus is in order! I will talk to Mrs. Wrenda Fuller and see if she can't be waiting on ya'll with the choir when you get off Lebanon Exit 1! Right by the "Welcome to Lebanon" sign! We are so proud of you guys and thrilled that you are finished and headed home! Can't wait to see your smiling (and clean-shavin) faces! Now on to conquer having children, right? Am I right? Anyone else agree with me here? I love you all and be safe! See you very soon! ~ Toni Jill

What a tremendous accomplishment!!!! I never doubted for a minute that you would do it, but I still am amazed at such determination and perserverance--and ability to grab on to all the positive experiences and people and places--and the generosity to take time to share it with all of us!!!! As happy as I will be to see you home safe and sound, I selfishly hate to see the end of all the adventures I so looked forward to reading about each day.
No doubt about how proud Jeff is of you right now!!! Hope to see you soon! JO

Congratulations!!!
Wow ... we are so proud of you guys. That is incredible.

I'm sure you are really missing your family in Virginia ... BUT, if you want to come where it is a little warmer, then you are welcome to join us for Thanksgiving. Joey and Nikki will be visiting, and we figured the more the merrier. We won't have another bedroom left, but we figured if it was tight, we could just put you guys in the back yard. ;)
Love you guys! -- Russ
